All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays.

We offer standard shipping across eligible service areas. Estimated delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. See Fit Wellness is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
